Shipping Policy

At MidaMalou, every order is prepared with love and care. We aim to ensure your handmade creations arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All our handmade and personalised products are carefully prepared to order.

Please allow 4–7 working days for processing before dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order quantity and busy seasonal periods.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a shipping fee of £3.99 per order for small Parcel, Medium Parcel will have different Shipping fee. 

A tracking reference will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail delays, bank holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where possible, and include clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with Royal Mail.

Where an order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Returns & Refunds

As many of our products are handmade or personalised, please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Personalised and custom-made items: We do not accept change-of-mind returns for products made to your specifications.

Non-personalised items: You may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us. We will offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
